My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not up to par, feeling a bit unclean and unpleasant despite having a great modern air conditioning system. The service, however, was super helpful, but unfortunately, issues were encountered with refunds for inconveniences. The location was great, ideal for a short stopover and close to the motorway, making it convenient for travelers. Despite the rough start with the rooms, I would still recommend this hotel for its convenient location.
The suite at this hotel was very comfortable, but unfortunately, the rooms were too hot which made the stay unpleasant. It was also quite loud due to noise from neighboring balconies. On the positive side, we appreciated having a separate room from our son who slept on the sofa bed.
The hotel has comfortable rooms but limited opening hours, showcasing lovely service by Carmen at the night bar. Located in a peaceful area near Tiergarten, it offers excellent dining options. However, on the reservation system, it only offers single beds.
The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable, making my stay pleasant. However, the noise level from the street outside was quite bothersome. The staff were fabulous and very helpful during my time in Hannover, but I wished they were more attentive to certain details like coffee refills.
